Comes with everything in the pictures, including one original key and the locks work!
Flaws to be noted are :
- May need new light bulb soon, sometimes it flickers until it is warmed up (turning it off and then on again usually does the trick)
- The push button on the foot controller sometimes falls out if you hold the foot pedal upside down, but during normal use it is not a problem
- Carrying case has a few repairs / imperfections
