Rare Antique Anton Reiche Dresden or possibly Laurosch metal chocolate mold #10 featuring a seated or squatting boy wearing a cap with his hands on either side of his face. The back shows an exposed bum, and this mold is sometimes described as a child pooping. One site calls it the Penny Pooper mold and says the candy came with a coin in the back. It has been attributed to both Anon Reiche and Laurosch, with the name Boy Sitting on Pot, but there are no maker's marks.
Vintage condition with wear from age, use, and storage along with scratches on the outside that were likely made by clips over the years. This mold does NOT come with clips. Total size is about 4 1/2" tall and 3" wide; the child is about 4" tall and 2" wide. Both pieces are marked with the number 10.
