This 1986 first pocket book edition, 1st Printing of McMurtry’s Pulitzer Prize Masterpiece Lonesome Dove continues to be highly sought after and collectible. The book has signs of wear from being 40 years old, but still in quite good shape. Spine has some creasing along with other minor wear as seen in pics. This 1st Printing is rare!! I could not find another, with the closest being a 3rd Printing for sale. I have this priced well below the market. The value continues to rise for 1st Edition 1st Printings of this paperback and hardback. If you are going to read or own one western book in your life this is it.
