Brand new, purchased from The Children’s Place and intended to be worn for family photos. I ended up going with a different color theme and never made use of this dress, so let my loss be your gain. The material is soft and the back is very stretchy. The bottom has a light ruffle accent panel around the hem. Perfect condition, brand new.
