Vintage mid-century doll cot / sling bed made by Strombecker, stamped Moline, Ill., U.S.A.
This is a hammock-style doll bed, designed with a flexible vinyl sling stretched between two wooden frames — this is the correct original design, not damage or a missing piece.
Details:
• Authentic Strombecker doll furniture
• Solid wood frame
• Original vinyl sling center
• Yellow painted headboard with sweet childlike graphic
• Circa 1950s–1960s
• Fits larger dolls / vintage doll displays
Condition:
Good vintage condition with age-appropriate wear. Sling is intact and functional. I have not tried to clean this. I will leave that to the buyer. Note the “lid” has paint smearing on the underneath. See photo
