Box includes following details painted as part of exterior design: 1900; and “Louise Derosac Paris; Fabrique De Chapeaux Depuís 1856.” It translates to “Louise Derosac Paris; Hat Factory Since 1856.” I’m not entirely sure the significance of “1900” and “1950” included. You? Hat on head of stand features feathers. Quite a unique little Parisian themed piece!
