For your consideration is this adorable Bulletin Board Wall Plaque produced by Soroka Marketing Corporation of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Newspaper advertisements date the piece to being available for purchase in and around 1977. This bulletin board is made of a spongy fiberboard, most likely coconut husks. This material is perfect for push pins. The laminate top bears and image of Jerry Evan's Hummel Alpine Children underneath an umbrella, and reads "Have a Nice Day" all against a yellow woven patterned background. The piece measures 16" x 14" x 0.5" and weighs 1 pound 2.9 ounces. The board is still within the original factory plastic with a red sticker with white lettering reads "Bulletin Board Wall Plaque" adhered to the backside. Within the plastic is the original manufacturer's placard.
Condition: Seller observed a few divots to the topside and small tears in the factory plastic.
