Antique 800 Silver Etruscan Brooch w/ Carnelian Cabochon Chain Dangle Niello
This is a gorgeous brooch pin marked 800 on the back under the C-clasp. It features layered detailed silver work on the main oval brooch with a center carnelian cabochon. From that oval hangs 5 chains with an additional 3 carnelian beads that all feed into a Niello Silver oval "catch" and continues out the other end, with 3 more carnelian beads. The whole thing measures 3 inches long by roughly 1 inch wide at its widest part. It weighs 14.85 grams. Absolutely lovely piece!
