Stratton is a British powder compact brand that started in 1860 as a knitting needle manufacturer. Their first powder compacts were marketed in 1923 and were originally called "Stratnoid". Vintage Stratton accessories are highly collectible and can be a good investment. This gold paisley engraved compact is in good condition with a few tiny demarcations. The mesh filter is in perfect shape. No cracks or chips. A must for any vintage beauty collector!
